3 rooms, 23 sessions, 80 presenters, 4 video podcasts, 900+ attendees, 200+ virtual connections<\/p>\n

We annually provide the livestream production of the CAR T-cell Meeting for the European Hematology Association. This year it took place at the Palais de la Musique et des Congr\u00e8s in Strasbourg. Divided into 3 rooms with cameras & crew, we provided a high-quality livestream for the online audience. In the main auditorium, we were also responsible for screen direction for the audience present there.<\/p>\n

Together with our partner eventresult, we set up the broadcasting platform for the virtual participants. After logging in, one could choose a session on this platform to watch live. Over 3 days, we aired 23 sessions in 3 different venues. Since there were many parallel sessions in between, the video platform was made available for 3 months after the event to watch the sessions on demand.
