3 rooms, 23 sessions, 80 presenters, 4 video podcasts, 900+ attendees, 200+ virtual connections

We annually provide the livestream production of the CAR T-cell Meeting for the European Hematology Association. This year it took place at the Palais de la Musique et des Congrès in Strasbourg. Divided into 3 rooms with cameras & crew, we provided a high-quality livestream for the online audience. In the main auditorium, we were also responsible for screen direction for the audience present there.

Together with our partner eventresult, we set up the broadcasting platform for the virtual participants. After logging in, one could choose a session on this platform to watch live. Over 3 days, we aired 23 sessions in 3 different venues. Since there were many parallel sessions in between, the video platform was made available for 3 months after the event to watch the sessions on demand. In addition to all the livestream sessions, we also set up a video podcast studio to record in-depth sessions with some of the specialists present.
